Highway 40 (US 64) four miles west of I-270 to Highway 141 (Woodsmill Rd.) north, one-half mile to 2nd stoplight, turn right into St. Luke's Hospital complex. Park in North-South building garage or surface lots. Enter North Medical Building . Take elevator up one level to 4th floor, turn right and office is at the end of hallway in Suite 480N.
